Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Wisconsin to design OEM equipment and mechanical components for state‑of‑the‑art machinery. You will interpret customer specs, collaborate with Sales and customers, and drive designs from concept through production with strong emphasis on manufacturability.

You will prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, and coordinate testing while guiding cross-functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of equipment design experience.
• Experience with machined and fabricated parts.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience designing for cost effective manufacturability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design OEM equipment and mechanical components for machinery.
• Interpret customer specifications and translate to robust designs.
• Collaborate with Sales and direct customers throughout projects.
• Create fabrication drawings with tolerances and dimensions.
• Prepare bills of material and support production.
• Coordinate testing and ensure on-time delivery with teams.
