Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on machine design.
• 5+ years in development of machine and mechanical systems.
• Mud Pump/positive displacement pump design experience preferred.
• Proficient in CAD and FEA tools (Creo, Inventor, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Ability to read P&ID, electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Responsabilités

• Provide engineering expertise for mechanical equipment ensuring performance and reliability.
• Conceptualize innovative mechanical designs with safety and efficiency in mind.
• Perform stress analysis to ensure integrity and durability.
• Produce detailed design layouts and drawings per standards.
• Conduct tolerance studies and review documentation to maintain quality.
• Research and specify components for cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement test plans to validate performance.
• Generate comprehensive engineering reports on processes and outcomes.
• Stay updated with latest hardware/software technologies and collaborate with teams.
