Qualifications

• Experience with design for manufacturability and components/assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, and analyze motor components to meet requirements.
• Perform FEA to assess strength, temperature, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and cross-functional teams to meet goals and deadlines.
• Create component and assembly drawings per standards and guidelines.
• Develop manufacturing instructions, test procedures, and material specs.
• Use new model and ECO processes to create BOMs and revise designs.
• Coordinate with procurement to obtain quotes and qualify suppliers; approve components per FPA process.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external customers.
