Superior Sales & Service in Nebraska is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to lead the design of mobile hydraulic systems and related control systems. This is a hands-on, senior-level role combining creativity with precise engineering.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in equipment design, expert SolidWorks skills, and experience with hydraulic systems; familiarity with Parker IQan, Hydac, or Danfoss Plus One is a plus. On-site work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in equipment design.
Expert-level SolidWorks skills.
Experience with hydraulic systems; familiarity with pneumatic and electrical controls.
Experience with engines, pumps, motors, and valves.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with Parker IQan, Hydac, or Danfoss Plus One is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems for mobile equipment.
Oversee product installations and train production staff.
Provide direct support to manufacturing and fabrication teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality and performance.
Approve technical drawings and specifications.
