Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• 5–7 years post-education experience.
• Engineer in Training Certification.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of building, mechanical and energy codes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from sites, surveys, blueprints, and reports for design and construction.
• Perform professional mechanical engineering work and inspections to ensure conformance with codes and permits.
• Incorporate advanced technology and modeling techniques to develop equipment and systems.
• Support multi-discipline project teams to develop drawings and specifications for architects, contractors, and owners.
• Attend client meetings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform cooling/heating load calculations and design air distribution and hydronic systems.
