Job summary

IMEG is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Denver, CO to lead design efforts as a project manager or lead engineer on complex, mission critical and data center projects. You will drive HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design with oversight on budgets, QA/QC, and client communications.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a PE license, with 7+ years in building design consulting. This position offers a 100% ESOP ownership structure and a hybrid work arrangement in a Denver

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting with mission critical/data center experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection on mission critical and data center projects.
• Provide project direction, client guidance, and budget oversight.
• Perform site assessments, analyses, and generate technical reports.
• Mentor teammates and ensure IMEG quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
