IMEG seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in Denver, CO to lead design efforts on complex mission critical and data center projects, acting as project manager or lead engineer. You will guide electrical systems design, perform analyses, and ensure compliance with codes and IMEG standards.

This role emphasizes collaboration with clients, mentoring staff, and advancing high-performance, energy-efficient design. Travel up to 30% with a hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting; experience with mission critical/data center projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for electrical systems on mission critical and data center projects.
• Create designs, specifications and calculations per codes and IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and prepare detailed analyses and technical reports.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical information clearly.
• Mentor staff and contribute to quality control of designs.
