The successful candidate will mentor less experienced engineers, act as Engineer of Record on projects, and collaborate with clients and project teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals while advancing our mechanical engineering practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a P.E. license.
• Extensive leadership and field experience in mechanical engineering projects.
• Experience leading teams and business development in a consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and application of advanced mechanical theory.
• Develop HVAC and plumbing system designs and specs.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for directed projects.
• Mentor engineers and guide project teams.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams for design excellence.
