• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team across projects to ensure technical excellence.
• Develop and evaluate conceptual mechanical designs, assessing constructability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and cost.
• Manage mechanical scope changes within approved budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines, construction teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Establish and approve detailed work plans, resources, and scheduling for teams and projects.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and specifications; apply PE license as applicable.
• Champion continuous improvement by integrating best practices and new technologies.
• Support construction phases with technical guidance and issue resolution.
