Role involves identifying and troubleshooting mechanical problems, defining tests, and developing layouts and drawings. Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficient with CREO CAD, sheet metal design, GD&T, and material selection.
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and Design for Excellence principles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot difficult mechanical problems with limited supervision.
• Define, coordinate, perform and document engineering test reports.
• Develop, design, or modify mechanical layouts, schematics, or drawings/specifications.
• Perform engineering analysis of complex scope with limited supervision.
• Lead or execute projects and develop key suppliers.
• Design, develop and implement tooling, fixturing and processes for handling assemblies.
• Review engineering documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Implement concepts for complex product issues and mechanical solutions.
• Communicate complex information clearly and build consensus.
