System One is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for an onsite role in Irwin, PA. Candidate will direct the engineering design team, manage BOMs, and collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve production issues. Strong Creo CAD skills and 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience are required.

The position offers direct hire status with a compensation range of $80,000 to $85,000 per year and full onsite work model. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum four years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience with 3D modeling; Creo experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Direct the engineering design team in producing assembly and part drawings using Creo CAD software.
• Oversee product configurations, bills of materials, and records in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with assembly, manufacturing, and quality teams to troubleshoot production issues.
• Provide technical support to customers, sales reps, and internal teams during pre- and post-sales.
