You will perform energy modeling, manage project scope, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with codes and company standards while delivering reliable, cost-effective systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering/design experience in building HVAC systems.
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Expertise with CAD tools (AutoCAD/Revit) and energy analysis software.
• Thorough knowledge of Mechanical (HVAC) system design and applicable codes.
• Experience with load calculations and energy modeling.

Responsabilités

• Design HVAC systems for semiconductor facilities and central plants.
• Perform energy savings calculations using IESVE, Carrier HAP, and eQUEST.
• Prepare cost estimates and equipment schedules.
• Lead less complex projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate with code officials and other disciplines.
