• Designing and developing HVAC and plumbing systems, including master planning, feasibility studies, and mechanical systems
• Reviewing draft designs for compliance with regulations and firm policies
• Performing site reviews and updating design requirements as necessary
• Contributing to Technical Knowledge Management with white papers and design documentation
• Attending industry conferences to enhance visibility and promote services
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and supervising project work
