Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of design experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC system design.
• Knowledge of process piping (a plus).
• Understanding of codes, standards, and design guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC system designs based on scope.
• Provide engineering design of mechanical systems.
• Perform load/energy calculations with software.
• Conduct existing building surveys for HVAC systems.
• Prepare detailed design documents and reports.
• Complete code compliance research.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines.
• Provide construction administration services.
• Oversee and guide junior engineers.
• Lead project teams and contact for clients.
