Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of design experience.
Knowledge of HVAC system design.
Knowledge of process piping (a plus).
Understanding of codes, standards, and design guidelines.
Responsibilities
Develop HVAC system designs based on scope.
Provide engineering design of mechanical systems.
Perform load/energy calculations with software.
Conduct existing building surveys for HVAC systems.
Prepare detailed design documents and reports.
Complete code compliance research.
Coordinate work with other disciplines.
Provide construction administration services.
Oversee and guide junior engineers.
Lead project teams and contact for clients.
