Job summary

BRPH is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC design processes, supervise project teams, and manage construction-phase services for diverse clients across the U.S. and globally.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least eight years of mechanical engineering experience, and a Professional Engineer license. Proficiency in CAD, Bluebeam, and energy modeling tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of eight years of experience as an engineer in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (NCEES).

Responsibilities

• Take project from inception through closeout, including scope, fee and schedule input.
• Perform complex engineering tasks with independent judgement and non-routine methods.
• Prepare project specifications, construction documents and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts and ensure design quality.
• Supervise project teams, mentor staff, and manage budgets and schedules.
• Assist in client contact, marketing, and proposals.
