Job summary

Arora Engineers, LLC is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Engineer for our Philadelphia, PA location. The role leads mechanical design and HVAC projects, coordinating with Regional Director and Project Managers to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and PE licensure (PA reciprocity). An advanced degree in Business is highly preferred to support growth and client development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• PE licensure required with ability to reciprocity in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor mechanical design staff.
• Ensure design accuracy meets client objectives throughout lifecycle.
• Manage projects with scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with Regional Director and Project Managers.
• Develop staffing plans and oversee recruitment and performance.
• Prepare proposals and support business development.
• Lead QA/QC and adherence to company standards.
