Rise Technical in Dallas is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with HVAC design experience to join a specialist building services consultancy. You will own design from schematic through construction documents and have a defined progression path toward Senior Mechanical Project Engineer within a close-knit, growth-focused team.

You will produce mechanical construction documents in Revit, design HVAC systems (air distribution, hydronic piping, packaged/split systems, exhaust, and controls),

• Mechanical/HVAC engineering experience with design and construction on similar project types.
• FE or EIT certification (or on the path to PE)
• Self-motivated and committed to long-term progression

Responsabilidades

• Produce mechanical construction documents in Revit from schematic design through construction documents.
• Design HVAC systems including air distribution, hydronic piping, packaged/split systems, exhaust, specialty ventilation, and controls.
• Perform heating/cooling load calculations, equipment selection, duct/pipe sizing, and pressure-loss calculations.
• Coordinate mechanical systems across disciplines to identify and resolve clashes before construction.
• Ensure compliance with IMC, IECC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and applicable Texas/local codes
