Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; PE license required.
- Minimum 7 years of HVAC/mechanical design experience for diverse facilities.
- Experience leading mechanical design tasks and mentoring juniors.
- Proficiency with Revit and BIM workflows; HVAC load calculations.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, codes; strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design and deliver HVAC and mechanical systems for building projects.
- Prepare construction documents, reports, specs and cost estimates.
- Perform load calculations, energy modeling, and code reviews.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff; lead workstreams.
- Stay current with building technologies and decarbonisation strategies.
