Qualifications

• Accredited bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least three years of related engineering experience.
• Proficiency with a 3D CAD system; Creo or CATIA preferred.
• Experience producing engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Experience supporting product changes through established processes.
• Willingness to complete one week onsite before transitioning to remote work.
• Ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve mechanical components and assemblies for vehicles.
• Create and update 3D CAD models, drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOMs.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses evaluating performance and safety.
• Support component integration and resolve design and production issues.
• Prepare and process engineering changes following standards and configurations.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate progress and concerns.
• Collaborate with suppliers, production and customers.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers, designers, and technicians.
