Productive Resources LLC seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team at our customers facility in Oshkosh, WI or remotely. You will mechanically design heavy-duty vehicle components, perform analyses, and support integration for new and existing vehicles.

Responsibilities include calculations, designs, mentorship, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, with emphasis on reliability, performance, and cost effectiveness.

Formación

• Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years of related experience.
• Familiarity with fluid-power concepts.
• Hydraulic/pneumatic routing.
• Component sizing and selection.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision, perform engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned according to Oshkosh as well as general industry engineering standards and processes.
• Support more senior engineers in the preparation of plans, designs, computation methods, and/or reporting.
• Responsible for a project or part of a project of limited complexity.
• May be responsible for managing multiple projects.
• Collaborate as needed with other engineering or business support disciplines internally as well as suppliers externally.
• Provide guidance or mentorship to entry level engineers, designers, or technicians working on a common project.
