Job summary

WNA Engineering is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC design for a healthcare portfolio. You will advance quality, safety, and sustainable design while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a PA PE license, 6–20 years of HVAC project experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit 2022+. You will mentor staff and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across design and construction phases.

Qualifications

• PE license in Pennsylvania is required.
• 6–20 years of direct experience designing Mechanical (HVAC) systems for building construction.
• Strong understanding of all project document phases from design to construction.
• Experience on MEP projects from design through final construction.
• High integrity and professionalism in client relations and team communication.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit 2022 or newer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and QA of mechanical HVAC systems for healthcare projects.
• Oversee calculations, energy modeling, specifications, and technical reports.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff.
• Conduct QA/QC to ensure codes, standards, and procedures compliance.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and support construction-phase services.
