You will interface with clients, manage design teams, and ensure quality and schedule adherence on multiple concurrent projects. Strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, HVAC design experience, and EIT certification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years post-education experience in mechanical design.
• Engineer in Training Certification (EIT).
• Experience with HVAC systems design for commercial buildings.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work with clients and attend meetings.
• Knowledge of safety policies and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the mechanical design on multiple projects.
• Interface with clients, attend client meetings, and represent the team.
• Actively participate in the full project cycle from design through construction close-out.
• Provide technical expertise for mechanical systems including air distribution and hydronic systems, and load calculations.
• Prepare technical reports and specifications.
• Prepare project budgets and monitor compliance with time/schedule deadlines.
