Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant post‑education experience in mechanical design.
• Engineer in Training Certification (EIT).
• Experience with HVAC systems and automatic temperature controls.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mechanical design on multiple projects.
• Interface with clients and attend project meetings.
• Participate in the full project cycle from design to close-out.
• Provide technical expertise for mechanical systems design and calculations.
• Conduct construction administration, project management and quality reviews.
• Prepare technical reports and specifications.
• Monitor budgets and schedules for projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety policies.
