Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Extensive experience as a lead designing custom systems.
• Ability to take initiative and guide design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the design and development of fusion components.
• Produce designs, drawings, and specifications from first principles.
• Mentor junior engineers in methods to decompose complex problems.
