Qualifications
15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field involving large-scale hardware systems.
Demonstrated experience managing complex hardware development programs.
Strong understanding of materials behavior and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Own the technical baseline for mechanical fusion systems, including design and verification.
Drive system-level trades across performance domains and enforce interface controls.
Build and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
