Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with PE license.
• 10+ years of mechanical/MEP experience.
• Strong forensic/investigative/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical writing and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic investigations of HVAC, plumbing, controls and MEP systems.
• Identify root causes of failures and design-related issues.
• Develop remedial designs and serve as Engineer of Record when required.
• Conduct site investigations and prepare technical reports.
