Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required/preferred.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience with leading complex projects.
• Strong technical judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Leadership that inspires and grows client-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision on large or complex forensic projects, setting direction and defining best-in-class solutions.
• Serve as the primary client partner, building trusted relationships and strategic impact.
