Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Senior Mechanical / Testing Engineer to design, execute, and optimize testing protocols for advanced liquid cooling infrastructure. You will validate coolant loops, assess performance metrics, and ensure seamless integration between hardware systems and facility networks.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of hands-on experience with CDUs, AALCs, cold plates, and fluid distribution systems, plus familiarity with Dowfrost coolants and related instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Experience with CDUs, cold plates, manifolds, AALCs, and facility-level fluid distribution systems.
• Experience with PG25/LC25 coolants and Dowfrost quality metrics and fluid measurement instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing and validation of CDUs, AALCs, cold plates, and manifolds.
• Ensure integrity of coolant loops and validate mechanical/chemical performance.
• Collaborate with controls teams to troubleshoot communication across service carts and stations.
