Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Fremont, CA, seeks a Production Manager to oversee fabrication and assembly of complex Liquid Cooling products, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement.

You will lead Production Supervisors, coordinate lean initiatives, and partner with Engineering and Materials Planning to optimize throughput in a multi-department environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a management/senior supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in heavy electrical equipment or similar industrial manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production across multiple departments to meet on-time delivery targets.
• Champion Safety (HSE) and ISO 9001 quality standards on the shop floor.
• Lead and develop Production Supervisors; manage labor planning, scheduling, and capacity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Materials Planning, Purchasing and Logistics to optimize flow.
