Job summary

Oorwin AI is seeking a Mechanical Engineer IV for a remote, 12-month contract. Lead structural and dynamic analyses for reactor internals and support structures to demonstrate compliance with ASME BPVC Section III.

Prepare reports and documentation to support regulatory and design requirements. The requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years of structural analysis, experience with FEA (ANSYS), MATLAB or Python, and strong communication to document findings and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience performing structural analysis.
• Experience with ASME BPVC Sec III is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural and dynamic analyses for reactor internals and support structures.
• Evaluate stresses and fatigue under mechanical and thermal loadings; ensure ASME compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation supporting regulatory and design requirements.
