A leading manufacturing firm in Minneapolis is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer who will be responsible for researching, designing, and testing mechanical devices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 4 years of mechanical design experience. Responsibilities include improving process efficiencies, performing design reviews, and supporting manufacturing. Knowledge of ERP systems and strong CAD skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of mechanical design experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and Manufacturing systems necessary.
• Experience with electromechanical assemblies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop solutions for process deficiencies.
• Conduct full lifecycle product development tasks.
• Ensure designs meet product specifications and standards.
• Communicate with manufacturing during system builds.
