A leading electronic solutions provider is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electromagnetic assemblies in medical products. The role requires over 10 years of experience in process development and strong collaboration skills with R&D and Manufacturing teams. This full-time position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and involves some travel.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in process development for electromechanical or electromagnetic systems.
Proven experience with coil winding and precision alignment.
Strong understanding of medical device regulations and process validation requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead development and validation of manufacturing processes for medical products.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
Generate and maintain technical documentation including work instructions and validation reports.
