Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 3–5 years in heavy industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong CAD proficiency for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical control circuits and power systems.
• Experience with sheet metal and industrial fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electro-mechanical assemblies and sheet metal components.
• Create CAD drawings, electrical schematics, layouts, and specs.
• Apply engineering analysis to resolve design and customer concerns.
• Follow NPD process from concept to post-launch.
• Design testing methods to validate mechanical and electrical capabilities.
• Conduct tests and analyze results to improve products.
• Troubleshoot failures using root-cause analysis and report findings.
• Suggest manufacturing improvements and process changes.
• Collaborate with supply chain and vendors for component sourcing.
• Serve as liaison between engineering, management, manufacturing and QA.
