Job summary

• Excellent understanding of company processes and procedures including new product development.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Fluent in English as the primary language of responsibility.
• Seven years of professional engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform engineering tasks independently that are varied and highly complex.
• Develops, plans, and executes detailed design development as part of major projects.
• Conducts and specifies very complex tests and prepares technical reports with recommendations.
• Applies advanced CAE techniques to resolve issues.
• Recommends manufacturing methods during design of new products and changes.
• Evaluates product failures using advanced engineering techniques.
• Partners with cross-functional teams including Project Mgmt, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Performs managerial responsibilities such as interviewing, coaching, and directing work.
