Responsibilities

• Design and draft components, assemblies, and subsystems following standard engineering practices and quality objectives.
• Identify, specify, and integrate commercially available components as needed.
• Coordinate design development, ECOs, and quotes with other departments; participate in MRB/ADR processes.
• Conduct analyses and testing to validate design decisions and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Provide innovative solutions and apply theoretical techniques to real-world problems.
• Train and support junior engineers to grow their skills.
