Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience with design analysis and structural design of composite blades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute design analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using solid engineering principles.
• Perform design and analysis of composite structures with new load evaluations based on internal or external customer requests using CATIA, ANSYS & in-house tools.
• Identify key design risks and develop mitigation plans through DFMEA for blade structures.
• Participate as a presenter and reviewer in design reviews of the structure.
• Support production/quality issue investigations and interface with management or customers as needed.
• Improve blade acceptance criteria to reduce unnecessary repair.
