Job summary

EXP is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager to lead mechanical design efforts for Civic, Education, Federal, Naval, Transit or commercial buildings. The role requires a PE license in Guam or ability to obtain it, and 10+ years of experience with strong leadership and communication.

The salary range is $120,000 to $160,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, vacation time and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Mentor design staff on a daily basis and maintain design quality.
• Perform QA/QC reviews on specifications, reports and drawings.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and deliver projects on time.
