Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–7+ years of mechanical engineering design experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression.
• Knowledge of the design and construction process and ability to communicate with other disciplines.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of mechanical systems for buildings.
• Produce construction documents using Revit.
• Manage project schedules to meet deliverables.
• Lead Mechanical Designers and team members.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Conduct site visits.
