TAI seeks an Engineer III to lead the design and delivery of mechanical building systems across a diverse portfolio, taking ownership from concept to construction. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative engineering solutions supporting client goals.

The role requires 5+ years of mechanical design experience, proficiency in Revit and CAD, and leadership of design tasks with engineers and designers. Travel and hybrid work are expected in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or the ability to obtain.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience on HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection.
• 5 years of heating/cooling load calculations and VRP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and complete multiple engineering tasks with minimal supervision.
• Lead small to mid-size design projects with designer support.
• Direct engineers and designers for drawings and calculations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Research codes and standards; interpret for design solutions.
• Prepare engineering analyses, reports, and calculations.
