Job summary

Dovre Solutions is seeking an experienced engineer to support oil and gas projects in Bergen. You will conduct engineering studies, perform design tasks, and participate in offshore surveys and supplier documentation follow-ups.

The role requires collaboration with project teams and adherence to technical standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least five years in oil and gas, with strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of oil and gas industry experience.
• Experience with maintenance and modification projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with Equinor’s requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulations and standards such as NORSOK and ISO.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multidisciplinary understanding and strong collaboration skills.
