Job summary

Erithy is seeking a Project Engineer - Automation to join our team on a Bergen/Oslo based assignment for one of our customers. The role focuses on design, implementation and commissioning of control systems (PLC, HMI) for oil and gas projects, with emphasis on Advant/800xA platforms and technical leadership of experienced applicants.

You will drive process improvements and contribute to offshore and land-based projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automation experience in oil & gas projects.
• Experience leading engineering teams on complex automation tasks.
• Proficient in PLC programming and HMI design with 800xA/Advant familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Apply process dynamics in design, implementation, commissioning of control systems.
• Improve efficiency and quality of work processes.
• Provide technical support for testing, installation and commissioning.
• Lead engineering for automation solutions on offshore and land-based projects.
• Install and setup IT infrastructure for automation systems.
• Support technical leadership for experienced applicants.

We are now looking for a Project Engineer - Automation for one of our customers based in Bergen/Oslo.

Responsibilities

• Apply process dynamics competence in the design, implementation, commissioning, and service of control systems for oil & gas production systems
• Improve the efficiency and quality of our work processes
• Provide technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities
• PLC programming & HMI design
• Establish system design, implement and document the solutions according to customer’s requirements
• Provide technical support for testing, installation and commissioning activities
• Technical leadership for experienced applicants
• Engineering of automation solutions for offshore and land-based industry projects on control systems 800xA
• Participate in installation and commissioning
• Install and setup of IT-infrastructure for automation systems

Requirements
