Job summary

Odin Dynamics, Inc. is hiring multiple Senior Mechanical Engineers to act as Responsible Engineers for critical mechanical subsystems across our autonomous underwater vehicle platform.

You will own one subsystem from requirements through production, including design, analysis, prototyping, integration, testing, and field validation. You will collaborate across hull, structures, mechanisms, battery, and propulsion domains, with strong CAD skills, hands-on testing, and a focus on manufacturable,

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical design and analysis experience.
• Strong CAD proficiency and experience managing complex assemblies.
• Experience with structural, thermal, or fluid analyses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Responsible Engineer for a major mechanical subsystem.
• Develop field-tested, production-ready hardware from initial requirements.
• Design for manufacturing and coordinate with shops and technicians.
• Provide test plans and verification across bench, in-water, and field environments.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical reviews.
