Job summary

Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Quality Control lead to design vessels and mechanical equipment, ensuring ASME code compliance and QA program adherence across shop fabrication and field installation.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, review vendor drawings, and support procurement, testing, and commissioning activities. A strong engineering background and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–10+ years in mechanical engineering, pressure vessels and piping design.
• Experience supporting quality control and ASME code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design vessels and mechanical equipment for multiple projects.
• Perform ASME code calculations (Section I, VIII Div. 1, API 650/620).
• Review drawings for code compliance and prepare specs.
• Coordinate procurement, testing, and field inspections.
• Support project management and budgeting.
