Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5–10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in pressure vessel and piping design.
• Experience supporting quality control and ASME code compliance activities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and document decisions clearly.

Aufgaben

• Design vessels and mechanical equipment while considering instrumentation, relief devices, piping, valves, foundations, and structural steel.
• Perform ASME code calculations for shop-built vessels and piping per ASME I, VIII Div. 1, API 650/620, and ASME B31.1 using CEI/Codeware/Compress and hand methods.
• Review drawings for conformance to codes, standards, and specs; prepare scopes and procurement specs.
• Review vendor drawings and data; perform field inspections and witness hydrostatic tests.
• Lead Quality Control activities and maintain the Project Services Quality Control Program.
• Coordinate AI, NDE, inspections, weld data, NCRs, and QC logs; supervise inspectors as needed.
• Provide technical communication to management, inspectors, and stakeholders; manage safety, cost and schedule impacts.
