Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Senior Engineer for the VC‑25B Program in Toledo, Ohio. This role involves translating user requirements into system specifications, supporting design and testing activities, and ensuring compliance with aviation standards. Ideal candidates will have 15 years of experience with a relevant degree and possess technical knowledge of aircraft subsystems. Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s; or 13 years with a Master’s; or 10 years with a Ph.D. or J.D. in a related field.
• Experience in the design, development, and integration of commercial derivatives or military transport aircraft.
• Technical knowledge of air vehicle subsystems including ECS, fire protection, and APU.

Responsibilities

• Translate user and mission requirements into system specifications.
• Support design, development, testing, and evaluation activities for the VC‑25B program.
• Perform test planning and sustainment operations for aircraft subsystems.
