Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent engineering degree required.
• 3–5+ years in automotive/commercial vehicle systems design.
• Experience with 3D CAD and requirements management tools.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and DFSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design heavy‑duty truck components to improve field reliability.
• Analyze field failures to identify root causes.
• Develop designs for hoods, chassis, suspension, and aftertreatment systems.
• Create interface documentation with wiring and system architects.
• Lead warranty data analysis to drive issue reductions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product releases.
