The ideal candidate will have a BSME or equivalent degree along with 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience, including design and project management. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $86,900 to $136,300 annually.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in automotive or commercial vehicle system design.
• Familiarity with heavy-duty truck safety systems and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot field failures to find root causes.
• Develop and design solutions for customer uptime.
• Contribute to ensuring quality and reliable systems.

Skills

Proficiency using Requirements Management tools

Experience in product development

Project management experience

Solid understanding of Design for Six Sigma

Education

BSME or equivalent engineering degree
