Job summary

You will manage multiple projects in a rapid, agile environment and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires in-depth mechanical engineering expertise, CAD/CAE proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of mechanical engineering experience; higher degree can substitute.
• Strong CAD/CAE proficiency and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems and components.
• Perform complex analyses and simulations to validate and optimize designs.
• Develop and oversee detailed test plans and procedures.
• Review and approve technical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
