The TRG Growth Practice is excited to be partnering with a privately held, rapidly growing advanced manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a highly technical special projects team. This is a unique opportunity for an engineer who wants to remain deeply technical while helping design, build, and scale some truly impressive manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
This team develops its equipment in-house from the ground up, from large-scale mechanical structures and precision machining systems to material handling, automation, controls integration, tooling, and fixturing. You’ll help develop the next generation of advanced manufacturing cells and support the expansion of highly automated machining operations across multiple facilities.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys understanding how machines work, how they're built, and how to make them better. Whether your expertise is machine design, large rotating equipment, gearboxes and power transmission, heavy equipment, machining systems, material handling, or automation, you'll have the opportunity to bring that expertise to a team solving complex engineering problems.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, engineering-driven culture where technical people have a meaningful voice in the business. The organization has a strong history of developing and promoting engineers internally, low turnover, and significant investment underway in advanced manufacturing and automation.
