Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior HVAC Design Engineer to lead mechanical system design for a range of projects, from concept through construction, in a collaborative MEP environment.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage projects, and work within a hybrid model to deliver high-impact facilities while maintaining quality and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of HVAC design experience in an MEP consulting environment.
• PE license or the ability to obtain Virginia licensure immediately.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with K-12, municipal, government, healthcare, or data center projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
